Mental Health Awareness Drive Initiative
Steps towards developing a mentally strong community!
When the word ‘health’ is uttered, it is only associated with physical health. Very few people consider that there are two dimensions to health, namely physical and mental health. We see a lot of people spending loads of money in fortifying one’s physical immunity, but very little or no efforts are taken to work towards developing mental health-related immunity. This is because there is lack of ample leadership and awareness in regulating the masses towards developing and maintaining good mental health status. Keeping this background in mind, and on occasion of World Mental Health Day’ 2022, Mind Matterz (A Psychological Guidance Unit) & School of Emotional Intelligence based in Mumbai, thereby wants to launch a monthly digital newsletter which will aim to create mental health related awareness in its own small way.
