Geeta P. Sonawane completed her graduation in Psychology & History after which she pursued a career in Law. Having completed her L.L.M in 2011, now she is pursuing her M.Phil at University of Mumbai. Her 9 years of legal practice in the Hon’ble Bombay High Court & City Civil Court deals with property dealings & suits, consumer court matters, trade mark registry matters, cases related to testamentary and succession laws, probate of Will, Succession Certificate, Letters of Administration etc. She has been appointed as a commissioner to record the evidence in various court matters in the Bombay High Court. She has also earned a Certification in Applied Psychology from School of Emotional Intelligence, Mumbai. Geeta Sonawane has been associated with Mind Matterz since 2009 and offers her consultations to the organization on the legal front. Besides this, she has been actively participating in promoting and executing various mental health related projects of Mind Matterz.
